Return Terms

Our priority is ensuring your complete satisfaction, so, if something is wrong with your order, just let us know. If you decide you want to return your purchase, just contact us to get a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Returning by mail:

  1. Include the return Authorization (RA) number, a short explanation of why you're returning the item and a copy of the invoice in the original product packaging, so that we can properly credit your account. All returns will be credited in the same manner you paid us.
  2. All items returned must be in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for full credit. 
  3. Items must not show signs of use, abuse or misuse. That means the product shouldn't have been modified in any way or be dirty, cracked, dented scratched, cut or damaged. 
  4. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No freight collect or COD returns will be accepted. Send all returns prepaid and insured for the current value of the product. Send via a traceable carrier. We are not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. For additional information, just email us at
